California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 Disclosure
Arc Products is dedicated to conducting business in a lawful and ethical manner as states in its Code of Corporate Conduct and Ethics. It is Arc Products’ expectation that our suppliers also conduct themselves in such as manner.
As part of its compliance policy, Arc Products is committed to eradicate and prevent slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains, and to that end, Arc Products has a verification process in place to evaluate and address risks on non-compliance with the law generally, including human trafficking, forced labor and unlawful child labor. This verification is conducted by Arc Products and, in the case of business partners with potentially higher risk of non-compliance, a third party. However, Arc Products’ verification process involves various departments that interact with its supply chains.
Processes are also being implemented to improve the communication and implementation of this position, including communication to management, employees and suppliers, further supplier verification, additional training, supplier certification, random audits and additional internal procedures.
