Motorized Slide

Arc Product’s Motorized Slide Systems allow operators horizontal and vertical axis manual joint positioning for a submerged arc, GMAW and FCAW welding arc. The system consist of a cross slide, control unit and pendant. The operator utilizes a joystick to manipulate the torch to the desired location. These systems are recommended for simple repetitive welding applications to improve weld consistency and quality while reducing operational costs compared to manual welding operations. Standard or customized solutions are available for welding in a number of production environments.
